Shemomechama’s one of specialties is khinkali, a traditional Georgian dumpling filled with meat, cheese or potato, with herbs, and spices. The dumplings are handmade daily and are a must-try when dining at Shemomechama. Other popular dishes include khachapuri, a cheesy bread that’s a staple of Georgian cuisine, and Mtsvadi  a juicy grilled meat dish.  Don’t forget to drink homemade “Compote” (Juice of Boiled Fruits) and wine.

Interior looks like a Soviet / 90’s style restaurant, but with a modern elements. Also if you want to watch how they cooking those dishes, in the restaurant you will find “Show Kitchen”. And before you will going to eat, enjoy of watching cooking process, it is very attractive and good appetizer.
